Re-reading Archangel's Consort and Burn for Me. Also, I read Recurve, by Shannon Mayer, and really enjoyed that. Thinking of picking up Rock Hard, but haven't yet because I have so many other books still to read (or that I'm doing a re-read of).

I have the digital version on pre-order, but my library had the hardcover out early, so I read Nora Roberts' The Liar. Liked it, but not an instant favorite.

And I just started Branded by Fire in my complete Psy/Changeling series reread this morning.

I read Susanna Kearsley's newest book, A Desperate Fortune. Her books are a mix of mystery/history/romance and she's one of my favorite authors, so it's always great to get a new book from her.

I'm also reading the online serial Sweep in Peace by Ilona Andrews. It's working up to the end now and getting exciting.

(Now free for the kindle).
It was a complex, funny read.

Ladyreadsalot,

Also eagerly following the online serial Sweep in Peace.

Reading Gideon by Cherry Adair - his body was never found in an earlier book (Hush) so I have been waiting to find out what happened to him.

Read Hard as a Rock by Christine Warren earlier this week. Have Born of Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon to read tomorrow (was suggested by a librarian, going to see if I can get into it, couldn't with her Dark-Hunter series). And then I'm going to be rereading the Kara Gillian series by Diana Rowland as I wait to get my hands on the new book when the library gets it in next week.

I've been re-reading a lot lately.
Just finished re-reading the Sons of Destiny series by Jean Johnson. A great fantasy romance series, love this world and am planing re-reading her other series in the same universe.
I re-listened to Grim (Tornians book 1) by M.K. Eidem in audiobook, a great sci-fi romance series.
I think the only new book that I read this week was Defender (New World book 7) by C.L. Scholey, another sci-fi romance.

I'm currently re-reading the Katherine "Kitty" Katt (aka Alien) series by Gini Koch, to be refreshed for the new book, coming out in May I think. At the moment I'm in book 6, Alien vs. Alien a great sci-fi series.

I'm also re-listening to Fire Season [Honorverse: Stephanie Harrington (aka Star Kingdom) book 2] by David Weber. It is set in the same Universe as his Honor Harrington series, but in a earlier time and with her ancestor as the main focus. Unlike the other series in this Universe, this one is not military sci-fi, but YA Sci-Fi.

Just finished Kulti by Mariana Zapata. Slow burn and built up to become my fave book of year so far. The heroine is a smart kind and resilient woman and the hero is an apparent her at first... former footballer, world famous etc. I can't recommend this highly enough... have been going through a bit of reader's ennui lately and this got me out of my reader's slump :)

I meant 'apparent jerk' lol

NOW I need to be patient for Adens book.

I just read your short story in the newsletter. Loved it! I am looking forward to learning more about those two as they grow. Thank you! :)

I read the short story in the newsletter. I wondered what happened to the others.

I started reading the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs that others commented on in previous posts. I was a little leery since I use to read the Antia Blake series by Laurel K. Hamilton and stopped since the series went in all directions. When I found the books, the reviewers said to read the short story in Prowl first. I'm glad I did. Right now I'm reading Hunting Ground and so far, so good.

Thanks to all of the Patricia Briggs fans for recommending this series. :)

Hey there I'm reading Grim by M.K Eidem. It has brought me to tears, made me angry, turn me on beyond relief (blush) and made me happy in the end, it shows that even galexies, world or continents apart two willing or not so willing soul can find love and live happily ever after!... Also that cheaters never prosper and will never prosper. This fantasy fiction book has a flow from beginning to end and that's what I love about it so check it out 'kay
